On September 15 and 16, the moment finally arrived: for the first time, we brought the entire Storyvolt team together in one place for two intensive days, in Frankfurt am Main.
Anyone who builds a startup knows: much of daily work happens remotely, in calls, Slack messages, across time zones and to-do lists. That is why it was so valuable to finally sit across from one another, stare at a whiteboard together, and not just discuss ideas but actually work them through.
What We Did
For two days, we focused intensively on the core of our work: the processes of our Smart Entertainment Factory. We discussed the results of recent months, questioned workflows, clarified organizational topics, and, above all, defined the strategy for the next six months.
It was not about PowerPoint presentations and polished slides. It was about honest conversations, open questions, and concrete decisions. Where do we stand? Where do we want to go? And what do we need to get there?
What Remains
We drove home after these two days with a very good feeling. Not only because of the results, which are strong, but because of the team. Seeing how much energy, expertise, and conviction everyone brings to this project makes it clear: we are on the right path.
Frankfurt was our first major workshop. It will not be the last.
Thank you to the entire team. It was two great days.
